DMR Concierge Services provides personalized concierge coordination. We plan, arrange, and coordinate the details of your stay on your behalf, shaped around your preferences and the way you like to travel.

The scope of your concierge experience and the concierge service fee are confirmed during your consultation. Because every stay is tailored, DMR does not publish public pricing.

Travel, reservation, resort, and supplier arrangements remain subject to availability and applicable third-party terms. DMR coordinates on your behalf, but the terms of resorts, suppliers, and other providers continue to apply to those arrangements.

Cancellations, changes, refund treatment, and any supplier-specific terms will be confirmed in your applicable service agreement or booking documentation before payment or booking activity begins. DMR will review these details with you personally so you understand what applies to your arrangements.
